Guilt and Chanel No. 5

I pray that out of His glorious riches He may strengthen you with power through His Spirit in your inner being, so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith. And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love, may have power, together with all the saints, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ, and to know this love that surpasses knowledge-that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God. Now to Him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we can ask or imagine, according to His power that is at work within us, to Him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, for ever and ever! Amen.

Remembering

There are so many thoughts, stories and emotions that come with the 10th anniversary of 9-11. Tears for those who were lost, anger that people would do this, disbelief still that it happened. I still cry when looking at the photos of the Twin Towers, hear the names of those who died on 9-11 read and see their pictures.

It is also a day of hope. God was there on 9-11-01 and He’s with us now. There is nothing to fear with God in control. No matter what happens, God will win and that’s something to very grateful for. The terrorists have not and will not win; Satan has not and will not win. God has the whole world in His hands and nothing can change that.
